Description
The Technology Manager drives products from pilot through final delivery, overseeing technical execution, systems design, data analysis, product readiness, stakeholder collaboration, project management, and operational improvements. The role partners with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to develop and deploy internal tools and products, resolve technical challenges, assess product gaps, and contribute to product roadmaps. Required qualifications include data-driven analysis, architecture, customer advocacy, product design, product development, systems design, project management, database knowledge, team management, and consultative skills.
