Carrier Global Corporation is hiring a full-time Technology Manager – Systems Engineering, preferably in Hyderabad, India, to lead a team of systems engineers across the HVAC product development lifecycle. The role manages engineering resources, requirements, system integration, verification, project schedules, risks, processes, cross-functional collaboration, hiring, performance management, and technical leadership. Candidates need strong systems engineering, requirements engineering, system integration, embedded systems, CI/CD, Scrum, and management experience, including at least 14 years of experience with at least 6 years in systems engineering within product development organizations and 3–5 years leading systems engineering teams.
