Cooley is hiring a Technology Operations Analyst to support the firm’s technology operations and IT service management initiatives. The role analyzes technology needs and business cases, supports intake governance and request prioritization, validates processes against ITIL best practices, monitors technology portfolios, evaluates vendors, creates dashboards and reports, and drives adoption of new processes and tools. The position requires at least four years of applicable technology operations or support experience, familiarity with ITSM and ITIL, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, iManage, firm-approved AI tools, and related applications. The role follows a hybrid schedule and offers an annual salary range of $103,000 to $150,000 for a full-time schedule.
