Benchling is hiring a Technology Operations Engineer to serve as the primary on-site technology resource for its Boston office. The role provides Tier 1 helpdesk support, owns IT asset management and onboarding, administers SaaS applications, supports AV and identity systems, and partners with cross-functional teams. It requires at least three years of corporate hardware, software, and systems troubleshooting experience, SaaS experience, IT asset management experience, and familiarity with IAM, ITSM, endpoint management, video conferencing, and networking tools. The position follows a flexible hybrid arrangement with three days per week in the office.
