Description
The Technology Operations role owns end-to-end data onboarding and transformation, including ingestion, mapping, cleansing, validation, automated connectors, quality assurance, and data accuracy checks. The role collaborates with Product, Client Delivery, and Client Engagement teams to define requirements, manage Agile workflows, deliver client configurations, improve processes, and support the MSIGHTS Platform. It requires English and Spanish fluency, a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, data pipeline and ETL experience, data quality and mapping knowledge, Agile/SCRUM familiarity, and strong organizational and communication skills.
