Description
The Technology Portfolio & PMO Manager will provide end-to-end visibility and governance across technology initiatives spanning Technology, Product, AI, Business, and Operations. The role consolidates project status, risks, dependencies, resources, investments, and business outcomes; prepares executive reports and dashboards; supports portfolio planning, prioritization, roadmaps, budgets, and investment decisions; manages demand and resource capacity; tracks KPIs and business value; coordinates delivery accountability; and supports strategic vendor and partner governance. The position requires a bachelor's degree, technology PMO or portfolio management experience, knowledge of Agile and Jira, analytical and stakeholder-management skills, Thai and English communication ability, and onsite work at Makro Head Office.
