Description
PNC is hiring a Program Management Manager within its Technology organization, based in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, or Dallas. The role leads TPMO operations focused on technology portfolio operations and GenAI strategy, including demand intake, capacity and workforce planning, KPI reporting, executive dashboards, and AI-enabled automation through the TPMO GenAI Hub. The manager will lead program managers, oversee program planning and budgets, improve delivery predictability, and partner across technology, data/automation, and enterprise GenAI teams. The position is in-office, requires a bachelor's degree, typically 8+ years of industry experience and 5+ years of management experience, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
