EFG International is hiring a Technology Procurement Specialist in Lugano to manage end-to-end procurement for IT, digital, and information security categories across the EFG Group. The role leads sourcing and negotiations, manages the procurement lifecycle, develops sourcing strategies, analyzes spend and supplier performance, supports budgeting and savings tracking, coordinates with control and support functions, and contributes to procurement process improvement and AI-enabled workflows. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in business administration or an equivalent field, at least seven years of operational and strategic technology procurement experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and fluency in English.
