Description
The Technology Program Lead will report to the Head of IT Operations and partner with line-of-business CIOs, technology leaders, and cross-functional teams to execute strategic technology initiatives across multiple strategic businesses. The role covers AI enablement, data strategy, platform modernization, operating-model transformation, cross-business dependency management, risk and milestone governance, value realization, executive communication, and continuous improvement. It requires strong program leadership, technology acumen, stakeholder influence, and the ability to drive outcomes without direct authority over delivery teams.
