Akraya is hiring an AI-native Technology Program Manager for a six-plus-month W2 contract in Dallas, Texas, with a hybrid work arrangement and $75–$80 weekly pay. The role leads complex technology programs across finance, people, legal, digital workplace, and other strategic initiatives, coordinating technical architecture, integrations, dependencies, governance, risks, vendors, procurement, and executive communication. It emphasizes using GenAI, prompt engineering, AI agents, and agentic workflows to automate reporting, backlog setup, meeting summaries, risk and dependency analysis, and program insights, while managing launch readiness, go/no-go decisions, operational handoffs, and stakeholder adoption.
