The Program Manager will manage delivery across multiple teams and projects, coordinating stakeholders and resources for global business and technology initiatives. The role covers program strategy, governance, reporting, risk and dependency management, budget and financial performance, resource planning, change adoption, and stakeholder communication. It is a remote contract-to-hire position targeting conversion within 12 months, with $52-$60 per hour during the contract phase and a planned full-time salary of $90,000-$120,000 annually. Candidates should have 5-7 years of program management or related delivery experience, experience managing cross-functional business and technology programs, and familiarity with enterprise platforms and third-party vendors; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience is preferred.
