Schuberg Philis is hiring a Technology Recruiter in Best, North Brabant, to grow its technology talent pipeline and strengthen the Best office. The role involves sourcing and interviewing experienced IT professionals, developing recruitment strategies, advising stakeholders on labor-market trends, managing candidates through intake to offer, supporting hiring teams, and strengthening the employer brand. Candidates need at least five years of recruiting experience in technology, consulting, or professional services, strategic collaboration with hiring managers, a higher professional or university degree, and excellent Dutch and English communication skills. The position offers a hybrid model with three office days for a 40-hour week or two office days for a 32-hour week, and starts as soon as possible.
