The Technology Representative supports Arthrex’s sales goals in the Charlottesville and surrounding region by selling medical products and devices, conducting demonstrations, assisting with surgical cases, managing a sales territory, providing after-sales support, and maintaining customer and order records. The role requires frequent travel to hospitals, clinics, customer sites, surgeries, and training events, along with physical activity including driving, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and fine-motor work. Candidates need at least two years of sales, cold-calling, or retail experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, medical terminology knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and organizational skills. The salary is $55,000–$70,000 depending on background and experience.
