Description
MUFG Investor Services is hiring an experienced Technology Risk & Resilience Manager to provide independent second-line oversight of technology risk, information security, third-party technology dependencies, change activities, and operational resilience in a financial services environment. The role assesses and challenges first-line risk identification, registers, incidents, and control effectiveness; supports DORA and regulatory reporting; and translates technical risk into business insights for senior stakeholders. It is based in London, United Kingdom or Dublin, Ireland, and requires a post-secondary degree, CRISC/CISSP/CISM qualification, 10+ years of second-line technology risk experience, and familiarity with NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002, and COBIT.
