Man Group is hiring an Associate Engineer for its Technology Rotational Program, rotating through front-office engineering teams to improve quantitative investment platforms, integrate datasets, extend execution and order management systems, and contribute to core technology. The role requires a relevant technical degree, programming experience, source control and continuous deployment knowledge, strong communication and troubleshooting skills, and availability to join in Summer 2027. The position is based in Boston and offers a US base salary of $90,000–$100,000 plus benefits and a discretionary bonus.
