Description
The Media and Technology Support Specialist provides primary support for media production and computer technology in academic, administrative, and event spaces, including classroom and event technology, audio and video production, endpoint and presentation equipment troubleshooting, hardware deployment and repairs, network and server access support, and escalation of complex issues. The role requires an associate’s, vocational, or technical school degree, one to three years of technology support experience, intermediate media presentation and video editing experience, and basic endpoint computer technology knowledge.
