Player 15 Group is hiring a Technology Services Assistant to support the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of event and meeting technologies across its Phoenix facilities, including arenas, performance centers, and offices. The role handles portable PA systems, microphones, digital signage, broadcast equipment, connectivity, helpdesk tickets, and basic IT and A/V support, serving as a primary technology contact when full-time staff are unavailable. The position requires familiarity with portable PA setups, signal flow, radio communication, broadcast equipment, and basic operating systems, with a high school diploma, GED, or relevant experience; A/V, meeting-room technology, IT hardware, and broadcast production experience are preferred.
