Neptune Technology Group is hiring a Technology Experience & Adoption Strategist to lead organizational change management for technology initiatives across its Digital and Information Technology team. The role owns change impact assessments, stakeholder communications, AI enablement, training, adoption measurement, business analysis, and coordination with delivery teams and vendors. It is a senior individual-contributor position reporting to the Director of Digital and Information Technology, based in Duluth, Georgia on a hybrid schedule with occasional travel to Tallassee, Alabama.
