INSPYR Solutions is hiring a Technology Solutions Architect I for a 3–6-month contract-to-direct-hire engagement in South Park, Charlotte, North Carolina. The role is onsite four days per week and involves designing scalable and secure .NET solutions, translating business requirements into architectures, evaluating integration and scalability risks, guiding build-versus-buy decisions, mentoring delivery teams, and communicating technical tradeoffs to technical and executive stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least five years of software development, solution design, or technical leadership experience.
