Description
The Sourcing Manager leads strategic sourcing initiatives across assigned technology and other spend categories, developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier selection and performance, conducting negotiations and contract development, and delivering cost savings and value creation. The role partners with business stakeholders, assesses markets and supplier risk, ensures procurement compliance, and reports sourcing performance. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 4-6 years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience, and preferred technology sourcing and professional certification experience.
