Orange Business is hiring a Genesys Cloud Automation & DevOps Engineer to support customer global Genesys Cloud contact-centre environments. The role develops IVR and call-flow solutions, routing and skills-based configurations, integrations, automation scripts, CI/CD pipelines, configuration-as-code, testing, release controls, and operational dashboards. It requires hands-on Genesys Cloud administration and development, experience with Genesys Cloud Architect, APIs, integrations, and release engineering, with Azure DevOps, Git, Terraform, and ServiceNow experience preferred.
