Description
MongoDB is hiring a Technology Strategy and Roadmap Lead to own the technology strategy and roadmap for Partner, Customer Success, Customer Support, and AI/automation initiatives. The role leads a small team of Product Managers while remaining hands-on with solutioning, architecture, delivery, integrations, AI platforms, governance, and cross-functional stakeholder management. It requires 15+ years of enterprise IT or technical product management experience, PRM/CRM and partner-platform expertise, and hands-on agentic AI, LLM orchestration, and MCP-based tooling experience. The position is based in Palo Alto with a hybrid work model and offers a U.S. base salary of $168,000–$330,000.
