Description
The Technology Support Technician - Journey provides tier 1 and 2 support for classroom computers and audiovisual systems at UNC Charlotte, resolving service requests, monitoring AV device connections, troubleshooting and deploying AV hardware and network equipment, maintaining SLAs, documenting support processes, and training faculty and staff. The role also assists with AV installations and design, supports control-system maintenance, and provides AV support at The Dubois Center approximately one day per week. The position requires a high school diploma and one year of technology-related experience, with an additional six months for journey-level qualification, and offers a salary range of $49,125 to $67,547.
