Description
Modern Woodmen of America is hiring a full-time, hybrid Technology Trainer to create and maintain practical technology training materials, partner with IT and business teams, administer training platforms, evaluate training effectiveness, and deliver internal and external training. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of relevant experience, strong communication and instructional-design skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and learning-management or e-learning tools. The position pays $30.00 per hour and is based in Rock Island, Illinois, with at least four office days per week.
