NewRocket is hiring a Technology Trainer – Anthropic Enablement to design, build, and deliver tiered training on Claude, the Anthropic API, prompting, integrations, and developer workflows. The role owns internal certification and assessment programs, creates reusable enablement assets, supports learners through office hours, and partners with Delivery, Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Product teams. It requires 3+ years of technical training or related customer-facing experience, strong API and integration knowledge, instructional design skills, and the ability to deliver virtual and in-person sessions; travel may be up to 30%.
