Description
The Technology Trainer partners with team members to design, configure, test, train, implement, and support clinical and operational technologies. The role develops training materials, workflows, course documentation, policies, and procedures, and delivers onboarding, upgrades, new-technology, and refresher training. It requires an associate or bachelor's degree or relevant certifications, 3–5 years of EHR experience, previous EHR/PM training experience, EHR/PM software proficiency, presentation, workflow, medical terminology, Microsoft Office, and communication skills. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
