Dillard’s is recruiting college students for a full-time, on-site Technology Training Program at its Little Rock, Arkansas headquarters. The program provides classroom training, mentoring, and placement into technology areas such as application development, business intelligence, infrastructure, operations, or information security. Candidates should have a relevant computer science, engineering, or information systems degree or equivalent experience, problem-solving and communication skills, and authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
