Description
PDI is hiring a Technology Transfer Manager to lead technology transfer and process engineering activities supporting new-product commercialization, scale-up, manufacturing implementation, external transfers, and site operations. The role directly manages a Process Engineer, coordinates cross-functional and external technical teams, oversees change controls, technical risks, documentation, and manufacturing handoffs, and drives process improvements and engineering-readiness initiatives. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or science, 7–10 years of progressive technical experience, and the ability to lead and develop technical personnel. The salary range is $140,000–$150,000 annually plus bonus, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
