A Victa is hiring a Predial Maintenance Technician to support technical assistance for equipment and building infrastructure, distribute maintenance services, create work schedules and maintenance plans, coordinate service orders, diagnose and correct anomalies, inspect completed works, request materials, assist with quotations, supervise third-party work, and perform related duties. The role requires a completed technical course in Edificações, intermediate Excel, basic AutoCAD, basic building maintenance knowledge, and familiarity with NBR15575. It is a 44-hour-per-week position from Monday to Friday and includes health, dental, transportation, meal, and profit-sharing benefits.
