A Penso Tecnologia is hiring an IT Support Technician to provide in-person and remote support to end users and VIPs, manage hardware and equipment in a laboratory, maintain records and backups in Movidesk, troubleshoot hardware, coordinate with advanced teams and suppliers, and handle equipment requests and quotations. The role requires a related IT degree, technical or vocational training, prior end-user and VIP support experience, hardware and infrastructure knowledge, documentation skills, organization, and strong communication.
