Baxter is hiring a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to configure and commission manufacturing equipment, install tools and new equipment, diagnose and repair equipment failures, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, conduct standardized tests, document engineering data, manage spare parts inventory, and support production changeovers and equipment-transfer projects. The role requires a technical scholarship in electromechanical, technician, or mechanic technician fields and more than five years of experience; it involves multiple shifts and requires adherence to safety and ergonomics standards.
