Everience is hiring a Junior Workplace Support Specialist to support workplace management for an important consulting client at the client’s Modena and Casalecchio di Reno offices. The role involves managing workstations, PCs, notebooks, peripherals, and user devices; installing, configuring, and replacing hardware; providing first-level user support; handling tickets within agreed SLAs; and supporting asset management and inventory. The position is full-time and in-person, with three days in Modena and two days in Casalecchio di Reno, and is offered under a fixed-term contract with a salary range up to €24,500.
