Description
Thiess is hiring Electromechanical Technicians for its ITTEC maintenance center in La Negra, Antofagasta. The role performs electrical and electromechanical diagnosis, preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mining equipment, interprets technical documentation and electrical plans, uses diagnostic tools, and operates support equipment while following HSE procedures. Candidates need a secondary or higher technical qualification or engineering degree in relevant fields, 2–5 years of mining electrical maintenance and diagnostic experience, experience with high-tonnage mining equipment, and residence in Antofagasta; the schedule is 7x7 days.
