Description
Keystone is hiring a regular part-time Teen Tutor Assistant Coordinator to support the Teen Tutor Program Coordinator at the McDonough Recreation Center. The role involves planning and implementing tutoring, academic, enrichment, and recreational activities; leading and supervising Teen Tutors; providing coaching and feedback; tracking data and youth assessments; and occasionally transporting youth and staff. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. during the school year and pays $19.00 per hour. Applicants must have post-secondary education in a relevant field, youth-program or classroom-aide experience, a valid Minnesota driver's license, insurance, an acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and knowledge of child and youth development.
