Dynacare is hiring a full-time Tele-Interviewer to work from home in Brampton, Ontario. The role involves conducting scheduled telephone interviews with insurance applicants, collecting and documenting lifestyle and medical-history information, scheduling appointments, handling inbound and outbound calls, transcribing calls, submitting questionnaires, and supporting quality and productivity goals. The position requires a relevant college diploma or post-secondary education, at least one year of customer-service experience, and experience in a high-volume call center involving manual call transcription. The schedule is Tuesday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM EST, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, with an hourly rate of $20.25.
