Mesa Associates, Inc. is hiring a Telecom Engineer I for its Power Delivery Substation engineering design team in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The role involves designing and documenting 69kV to 500kV substation telecommunications systems, including panel views, single-line diagrams, schematics, and wiring diagrams; coordinating with other disciplines; supporting project execution, quality, and construction issues; and mentoring junior engineers. The position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, 4–5 years of progressively responsible substation telecom design experience, and a Professional Engineer license.
