Five9 is hiring a Telecom Engineer for its Voice Deployment team to design and deploy scalable, redundant, and highly available voice technologies across data centers and public cloud. The role focuses on voice-platform reliability, incident analysis, deployment feasibility, operational standards, documentation, customer advocacy, and mentoring a global team of Voice Engineers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, at least three years of service-provider or enterprise voice-network experience, strong SIP knowledge, and hands-on experience with Ribbon SBCs and PSXs. The position is fully remote for candidates outside the specified Portuguese municipalities; candidates residing within those areas must work in-office three days per week.
