Mesa Associates, Inc. is hiring a Telecom Engineering Specialist I for its Power Delivery Substation engineering design team in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The role designs and documents telecom systems for 69kV to 500kV substations, including panel views, single-line diagrams, schematics, and wiring diagrams, while coordinating with other disciplines, supporting project execution, reviewing work, and mentoring junior designers. The position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, 4–5 years of progressively responsible telecom substation design experience, and Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD proficiency; PE is preferred.
