Telamon is hiring an Installer Apprentice in Springfield, Missouri, for telecommunications equipment installation in a central office environment. The role provides on-the-job training and structured instruction, with paid classroom and simulated central office training followed by mentorship under an experienced Level IV Installer. The apprentice will perform cable installation, termination, labeling, lacing, rack mounting, equipment addition or removal, inventory, quality control, and customer assistance. The position requires travel of 50%–75%, including overnight stays, and pays starting at $18 per hour with a $2 increase after 90 days based on performance.
