Description
Telamon is hiring an Installer Apprentice to receive on-the-job and structured training for telecommunications equipment installation in a Central Office environment. The role involves cable installation, termination, labeling, rack mounting, equipment addition or removal, quality control, inventory, and customer assistance under supervision. The apprentice will travel extensively within the Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego areas, including up to 50%–75% travel and occasional overnight stays, and must be available for early morning, evening, and infrequent weekend shifts. The position starts at $20 per hour, with advancement to Installer I after 90 days based on performance, and includes paid virtual and onsite training.
