Description
The Telecom Architecture Consultant will advise customers on telecom business problems, drive solutioning and implementation of telecom transformation programs, participate in solution planning and high-level design, and govern architectural delivery, change, and release management. The role also leads application portfolio optimization, modernization of the telecom OSS stack, technical solutioning for HCL’s telecom customers and prospects, account mining, and capability building. Mandatory skills include strong telecom IT and OSS experience, hands-on architecture consulting with Ciena Blueplanet, Netcracker, or Amdocs E2E, extensive product roll-out and resilient-architecture experience, customer advisory experience across the OSS stack, familiarity with MEF, TMF, and GSMA standards, and experience with integration and legacy-modernization standards.
