TTEC is seeking a Telecommunications Principal Engineer to lead the engineering, design, deployment, management, and support of their DCX SIP and carrier infrastructure. This role involves hands-on technical ownership of Ribbon (Sonos) applications, SIP and TDM carrier infrastructure, carrier optimization, client launch support, incident resolution, vendor coordination, documentation, monitoring, automation, and AI-enabled tool implementation. The successful candidate will leverage strong voice engineering expertise and operational discipline to deliver reliable, cost-effective, and scalable voice infrastructure services.
