Thompson Health is hiring a part-time Health System Switchboard Operator to operate telephone control boards, paging systems, voice mail, and other telecommunication systems during and after regular business hours. The role dispatches incoming calls, pages internal and external staff, coordinates telecommunication operations, responds calmly to Code situations, prioritizes assignments, and maintains confidentiality. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, an associate degree is preferred, and previous switchboard or customer service experience is required.
