Description
The Telecommunications Specialist provides technical advice, relates user requirements to existing technology, and serves as an implementation program specialist for telecommunications programs and systems. Responsibilities include implementing telecommunications programs and special projects, providing technical assistance, developing procedures and policies, preparing statements of work and budgets, and delivering customer assistance or training. The role requires U.S. citizenship, appropriate security clearance, current certifications, and either relevant undergraduate or graduate education or at least one year of specialized telecommunications experience.
