TEKsystems is hiring a Telecommunications Systems Analyst for a six-month contract with a good chance of extension for a municipal government client. The role analyzes and translates legacy PBX configurations into a Microsoft Teams Phone environment, mapping user profiles, DIDs, call flows, hunt groups, queues, voicemail settings, and routing policies; supporting bulk migrations, validation testing, and post-cutover issue resolution. The position is based in Calgary, Alberta, and is hybrid, with a pay range of $45.00 to $60.00 per hour.
