Hera Group is hiring a Telecontrolling Room Operator (Trainee) for a six-month internship at its Forlì site. The role supports senior colleagues with emergency call-outs across water, gas distribution, and district heating; receives and routes third-party service-disruption reports; monitors PVSS SCADA alarms for water-service plants; performs remote operations; and enters activity data into management systems. Candidates need a high school diploma or first-level technical degree, knowledge of plant and network diagrams and fluid-distribution management, and familiarity with Office, LAN, and Web systems.
