Upstream Rehabilitation is hiring a fully-remote pelvic-health physical therapist to treat full-time hours of 30–40 visits per week, with evening availability and the option to work two days per week. The role provides one-on-one care within an established orthopedic and pelvic-health caseload, requires Oregon and Washington physical therapist licenses and hands-on pelvic-health experience, and offers up to $40 per completed visit plus flexible scheduling, documentation and scheduling support, onboarding, and benefits.
