Wynn Al Marjan Island is hiring a Telemarketer for its Gaming Marketing Services Team in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The role involves inbound and outbound guest calls to promote gaming programs, events, promotions, and VIP and loyalty benefits; maintaining gaming customer relationships; meeting call, conversion, and revenue targets; providing accurate resort and gaming information; recording interactions in CRM systems; identifying and escalating high-value players; resolving inquiries; and collaborating with Marketing, Gaming Operations, and VIP teams. Candidates must have gaming or hospitality telemarketing, call center, or customer service experience, strong sales and communication skills, English and preferably additional language fluency, CRM, Opera, and Microsoft Office proficiency, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
