Description
Motive is hiring a Telematics Coverage Engineer to expand vehicle telemetry coverage across on- and off-highway vehicle architectures. The role involves researching OEM telematics offerings, analyzing vehicle network traffic and logs, developing data-access strategies, debugging live vehicles, using reverse-engineering and custom scripts, and validating coverage solutions at customer locations. The position requires at least four years of automotive vehicle-network or telematics experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree or higher, programming proficiency, physical debugging-tool experience, and familiarity with automotive communication standards.
