Description
The Teleoperation Engineer will operate robotic systems directly, maintain proficiency across teleoperation interfaces, train and manage teleoperation operators, establish data-quality and QA standards, and serve as the bridge between operations and engineering teams. The role requires hands-on robotic operation, strong communication and documentation skills, quality-assurance rigor, and basic technical understanding; a technical degree is preferred, while teleoperation, VR, robotics, imitation learning, gaming, and data-collection experience are advantageous. The position offers flexible working hours, an option to work from home when needed, and a base salary of USD $60,000–$90,000.
